In order to help new staff integrate into the corporate culture quickly and adapt to the working environment, EETI held various training for new staff on Dec.20th and 21st, 2016 as there were too many new staffs recently.

After the training, the human resources department conducted a basic assessment of new staffs; they had got a comprehensive understanding of the company, as well as confidence in the enterprise outlook and personal career development by short-term training.
